Protect Your Head
Make sure to wear a helmet at all times while cycling to reduce the risk of brain injuries.

See and be Seen
Just because you can see a driver doesn’t mean that the driver can see you.
Always wear bright-colored or reflective clothing, such as neon and fluorescent which can reflect lights and make you more visible.
Install reflectors on the front and rear of the bike, this is to alert road users of your presence.

Vision
Wear a pair of sunglasses to prevent dust from entering the eyes.
Install a bicycle lamp or wear a head lamp. The lamp can illuminate the road ahead in low-visibility condition.

Tyres and brakes
Make sure the tyres condition are good to go andare inflated with the right pressure. Not to forget to check that whether your brakes work too.
