To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the TireCare product must be unused and in the original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof-of-purchase. Refund or exchange can be made at our office here.

TireCare Air Compressor
The TireCare air compressor is backed by a 5 year warranty (from its production date) as a measure of our confidence. We will gladly provide a 1:1 product exchange should it be defective during this 5 year period.
To be eligible for a claim against a defective air compressor, the unit must not have been tampered with or be used and exposed to inappropriate conditions due to negligence. We reserve the rights to decline warranty claims should we detect such anomalies.
All TireCare sealant (Revive, Motorbike, Bicycle, Prime) have a 5 year shelf life from the production date imprinted on its label as long as the bottle remains sealed. Should the sealant discolour even after shaking the sealed bottle (i.e. the formula is not able to be shaken into its original pink) within this 5 year period, please contact us for a product exchange.
